AXIAL FLOW FANS

To achieve high efficiency, fans have a defined hub ratio 71 to 25 for given capacity, pressure and speed.
Impeller blades are adjustable type and can rest at designed angle to suit the system resistance.
Fan can run in parallel to suit capacity and in series for higher pressure.
Impeller is made of aerofoil profile from cast aluminium alloys.
Bifuracated type fans are available .
Capacity : Upto 3,00,000 m³ /hr
Pressure : Upto 100 mm of WG.

The Axial Fans are aero-dynamically designed to cover wide range of capacity and pressure. Hub ratio is varied from propeller type low pressure to tube axial medium pressure to vane axial high pressure. The pitch angle of the blades are varied at rest to suit system resistance.

IMPORTANT FEATURES

* 22 sizes from 225 to 2500 mm.

* Hub ratio, number of blades and pitch of blades can be selected to suit the system.

* Direct drive or vee belt drive.

* Motor are standard Foot mounted of desired degree of protection.

* The fan can be run in parallel to suit capacity.

* The fan can be run in series for higher pressure.

* High efficiency can be achieved due to wide selection of sizes, hub ratio, number of blades and pitch angle.

CONSTRUCTION
* Housing is made of steel sheet with angle or flat iron flanges. Motor or bearing stand is welded to the housing.

* Rotor is of aerofoil profile made from cast aluminium alloy. Hub is cast alluminium alloy. Blades can be adjusted when at rest.

* Shaft is of EN-8 steel.

* Bearings are ball or roller bearings for long life.
