L's chafing dishes are the most robust and tough that take the
knocks and bumps of everyday use. The gastronorm containers are
deep drawn from 18/8 thick stainless steel. The stand construction
is in 10 swg/16 swg, 18/8, 304 stainless steel. The stands for
different models are of varying specifications much stronger and
tougher. All models are available in mirror polished stainless
steel, or stainless steel with 100 microns copper coated water
pans and lids with a special process which gives it a very long
life.
